Can the Creditor garnish ( simply just just take cash directly through the paycheck) my current wages?

NO. Generally, a creditor cannot garnish your current wages to enforce a judgment against you for the consumer debt. Additionally, your present wages for individual solutions, aside from the enforcement of court ordered son or daughter help re payments, is exempt through the personal home cumulative value talked about below.
